“…The best treatment for a pseudoaneurysm is not codified between a surgical treatment with resection or exclusion associated with coronary bypass grafting, and an interventional treatment either with classical or covered stent approach [4].The purpose is to cover the collar of the pseudoaneurysm in order to reduce the blood flow and promote thrombosis, thus preventing the expansion and subsequent rupture of the pseudoaneurysm.
