Del discurso a las percepciones de estudiantes de ingenier�a en la cuesti�n de g�nero

Abstract

La participación de la mujer en las diferentes esferas de la actividad humana, así como los obstáculos y retos que la afectan, han sido objetos de estudio de diversos proyectos y trabajos. El presente artículo profundiza en algunas cuestiones relacionadas con el protagonismo de la mujer en la sociedad actual y muestra la falta de coherencia entre el discurso y la realidad a la que están expuestas las mujeres. Se usa un enfoque descriptivo, aporta reflexiones personales de las autoras y criterios de mujeres estudiantes de ingeniería con respecto a su percepción en cuestión de equidad de género.

Percepciones sobre los perfiles del profesorado y de las buenas prácticas educativas en educación superior: un estudio comparativo desde la perspectiva del futuro profesorado y profesionales técnicos
