“…Eight peaks were identified by comparing mass spectra and retention times to authentic standards (Table 1): benzaldehyde (A), 1-octen-3-ol (1), E-2-octen-1-ol (3), benzoyl cyanide (B), benzoic acid (C), mandelonitrile (D), geosmin (5), and mandelonitrile benzoate (E).
