Degradome sequencing-based identification of phasiRNAs biogenesis pathways in Oryza sativa

Abstract: Background: The microRNAs(miRNA)-derived secondary phased small interfering RNAs (phasiRNAs) participate in post-transcriptional gene silencing and play important roles in various bio-processes in plants.
