Degradation of Polymer & Elastomer Exposed to Chlorinated Water—A Review

Abstract: In water industry, the chlorine is mostly used as a disinfectant agent. The chlorine present in potable water as a disinfectant has been reported to reduce the lifetime of contact polymeric material.
