Abstract:Deformable and miniaturized energy storage devices are essential for powering soft electronics. Herein, we fabricate deformable micro supercapacitors (MSCs) based on eutectic gallium-indium liquid metal (EGaIn) current collectors with integrated graphene. The well-define interdigitated electrode patterning with controlled gap is successfully realized by using the laser ablation because of a strong laser absorption of graphene and EGaIn. By judicious control of gap size between neighboring interdigitated electr… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
