Abstract:Aim: To elucidate the role and efficacy of laparoscopic liver resection for elderly patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Methods: A retrospective comparative analysis was performed between laparoscopic and open liver resection operated from year 2008 to 2018.
