Defining Elemental Components of Veteran Cultural Competency for Mental Health Professionals

Abstract: Veterans and Military Service Members are separate and independent cultures. As a principle element, clinicians seek to become culturally competent to develop therapeutic rapport and improve treatment outcomes.
