Swimmers must fully mobilize the muscles of the whole body during exercise, and it is necessary to study the protection of swimmers from muscle damage. Now, muscle damage is increasing year by year, and more athletes are affected. Therefore, studying the causes of muscle injuries and exploring more effective treatments have become important research topics in the field of sports medicine. This study is mainly based on deep learning to analyze the protective effect of branched-chain amino acids on swimming athletes’ muscle injury. Due to the complex and changeable environment and the interference of unknown factors, a single sensor cannot meet the needs of obtaining information. Therefore, people have developed the technology of multisensor information fusion to obtain enough information. Multisensor data fusion technology can synthesize the information of each sensor and then obtain more comprehensive and accurate decision-making information. This study is mainly based on multisensor fusion and deep learning to analyze the impact of branched chain amino acids on Swimmers’ muscle health information. Finally, two experiments were designed in this article. The first experimental result showed that the pain level of the experimental group who took BCAA supplements was 19% lower than that of the control group that did not take the BCAA supplement within three days after exercise. The results of the second experiment show the following: after exercise, the creatine kinase activity value of the experimental group taking BCAA supplement was 4.38 ± 1.45 , and the creatine kinase activity value of the control group taking placebo was 5.42 ± 2.12 . It proves that BBCA can protect muscle damage by reducing the activity of creatine kinase.

Sports dance is a new form of sports that integrates sports, dance, music, and other elements. The core content of “dance” is an important carrier for athletes to display their body art. This article aims to study the automatic arrangement of sports dance based on deep learning. This article first introduces the development process of deep learning. As the latest research direction developed from artificial neural network technology in machine learning, deep learning has attracted widespread attention from the society. And then proposing a shallow regression model based on deep learning, a convolutional neural network based on deep learning, and an offline sorting regression model, given the general process of deep learning, then, based on the clustering algorithm, the deep learning was researched, and the sport dance movement arrangement was analyzed based on the deep learning. The experimental results of this article show that deep learning can effectively enhance the artistic ability of automatic choreography in sports dance and increase the accuracy of dance movements by 80%. At the same time, on the basis of deep learning, the practical ability is strengthened on the basis of consolidating theory, to further improve one’s own business ability and educational technology level, actively absorb advanced teaching methods, and earnestly delve into reasonable teaching methods. It is also used in curriculum training practice to actively gain insight into new development trends in educational methods and skills, to enhance the artistic creativity of students’ arrangements.

In order to reduce the difficulty of the Internet of Things intelligent environment system to provide users with layout services and optimize the system structure, this paper proposes to design a context-aware service system based on the user interaction mode of the Internet of Things. This article first collected a large amount of data through the literature survey method, which laid a sufficient theoretical foundation for the subsequent research; then, using smart sensors, smart interaction technology, and context awareness methods is employed to design and build a context-aware service system based on the user interaction modality of the Internet of Things; in order to test the performance and effect of the situational awareness system, take the elderly home care behavior as the research object, collect the 28-day home behavior of the elderly as sample data, and divide it into 7-day data, 14-day data, 21-day data, and 28-day data, by adopting rule pruning demand reasoning algorithm and evidence theory algorithm to reason about the service demand of the elderly. Finally, the experimental results show that the rule-pruning-based service demand reasoning algorithm combined with the evidence theory algorithm optimizes the system, which can better perceive the situation of the elderly living alone and can well reason about the elderly’s service demand, which is of great significance for solving the life and safety problems of the elderly.
