Abstract:BackgroundWHO reported that neonatal hypothermia accounts for about 27% of newborn deaths worldwide. It is a serious concern in Ethiopia and other parts of sub-Saharan Africa; it poses a serious threat to global health, increasing morbidity and mortality.
