Decreased miR- 31 Suppress Cell Migration and Proliferation By Targeting Syncytin-1 in Pancreatic Carcinoma

Abstract: Background: Pancreatic cancer(PC) is seriously harmful to human health, and the pathogenesis is not clear. The present study aimed to explore the functional role of syncytin-1 in PC.Methods: Syncytin-1 and miR-31 expression was analyzed by qRT-PCR and Western blot analysis in both human PC cell lines and tissuse.
