Abstract: Introduction: Behçet's disease (BD) is a rare chronic disorder. The predominant histopathological lesion is vasculitis. Pulse wave velocity (PWV) is a marker of aortic stiffness and inversely related to arterial distensibility, elasticity, or relative arterial compliance.
