Abstract:Background. Experimental studies have addressed the role of oxidant stress in the pathogenesis of Hemophilia A. This study aimed to determine whether dynamic thiol-disulfide exchange, a recently recognized cellular defense system against oxidative stress, is disturbed in children with hemophilia A.
