Deconvolution of electrograms to detect infarcted myocardium

Abstract: Ablation to prevent cardiac arrhythmias requires interpretation of electrograms to locate the arrhythmogenic tissue. This study examined a novel signal processing technique employing deconvolution to calculate electrograms which best fit observed electrograms.
