Abstract:The management of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) and chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) is limited and remains an unmet need. Decitabine/cedazuridine (DEC-C, ASTX727) is Canada’s first and only approved oral hypomethylating agent for MDS and CMML.
