Non-cash food assistance or bantuan pangan non-tunai (BPNT) is a government program of the Republic of Indonesia by distributes food assistance in non-cash to beneficiary families. The process of distributing BPNT still needs to be done with the data and criteria set, because the existing BPNT distribution is considered not right on target. We need a method that can help provide an objective decision. One method that can be used in making decisions is the weighted aggregated sum product assessment (WASPAS) and Vlsekriterijumsko Koompromisno Rangiranje (VIKOR) methods. The results of the calculations from the two methods will then be chosen which is the best, by conducting sensitivity tests and accuracy tests. This study uses 100 sample data and 16 criteria. The sensitivity test results are 9.780678997% for the WASPAS method and -0.0759182% for the VIKOR method, while the results of the accuracy test show that both methods have the same level of accuracy, which is 80%. Based on the comparison of the sensitivity test and accuracy test of the two methods, the WASPAS method is considered more accurate in determining the recipients of the BPNT program because the WASPAS method has a higher sensitivity test value than the VIKOR method.

The Village Fund (VF) is a programme initiated by the Indonesian government, aiming to fund activities that contribute toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in villages. Additionally, the Village Agenda-the 18th SDG-is a government initiative that employs local wisdom to implement the SDGs. This study aims to provide a detailed understanding of the VF and its implementation strategies to achieve the SDGs based on local wisdom. We began our work by compiling a literature review from the Scopus database, using a unique combination of a systematic literature review (SLR) and the PRISMA protocol. This process yielded 168 documents, published between 2014 and 2023, from the initial search and screening results. After further refining to ensure relevance, we were left with 151 articles that were analysed using the bibliometric method with VOSviewer, identifying nine clusters of research related to VF. The next step involved a content study of 115 documents, obtained from screening manuscripts using the keywords 'VF', 'sustainability', and 'Indonesia', to explore the characteristics of VF publications in the context of SDG implementation. To suggest strategies for how VF programmes can support SDGs in villages, we utilized a supplyside approach as well as a demand-side approach. Each approach has its advantages and disadvantages, depending on the economic conditions and socio-political environment. The results of this study will provide policymakers with insights into the critical factors influencing the effectiveness of VF distribution for achieving the SDGs.

LPMP West Sumatra is a company in the technical implementation department of the Ministry of Education and is led by leadership and is responsible to the Director General for Improving the Quality of Educators and Education Personnel (PMPTK). The selection process for hiring contract employees has difficulties because the system is still manual where all the processes from the initial stage of registration selection to the final stage of registration selection are all done manually so it takes quite a long time and is troublesome and drains a lot of energy and energy for the company management. . So there is a need for an online selection information system for contract employee recruitment at LPMP West Sumatra such as a decision support system. This Decision Support System (DSS) uses the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. The SMART method is a decision-making method for handling multi-criteria problems based on calculating the criteria weights for each alternative. The aim of this decision support system was to be able to assist the selection process for hiring contract employees at LPMP West Sumatra quickly, precisely and accurately. The results obtained by the alternative with the name of the prospective contract employee were Ririn Novrianti with a score of 0.755. This helps West Sumatra LPMP leaders in determining prospective contract employees who meet the requirements for employment
