Decision Making and Emergency Communication System in Rescue Simulation for People with Disabilities

Abstract: Abstract-Decisionmaking and emergency communication system play an important role in rescue process when emergency situations happen. The rescue process will be more effective if we have appropriate decision making method and accessible emergency communication system. In this paper, we propose a centralized rescue model for people with disabilities. The decision making method to decide which volunteers should help which disabled persons is proposed by utilizing the auction mechanism. The GIS data are used to p… Show more

“…Instead of relying on other resources the mobile nodes through wireless interfaces interact with each other [9]. In infrastructureless system of temporary communication MANETs are applicable easily to any type of environments for instance large wild event places, earthquake-stricken areas [10]. The nodes communicate with each other within the given cluster or nodes within the another cluster directly.…”

“…In MANETs the nodes are by nature having the feature of mobility they do not relay on infrastructure and nodes communicate and interact with each other across the wireless the interfaces [9]. MANETs are easily applicable when there is a requirement for temporary communication system without infrastructure for instance events of large wild and region stricken by earthquakes [10]. The nodes communicate with each other within the given cluster or nodes within another cluster heads directly.…”

“…MANETs are mechanized wireless communication networks that are self controlled mobile device configurations where mobile nodes cooperate with each another through wireless interfaces without hinge on any defined infrastructure [1]. MANETs are easily applicable when there is a requirement for temporary communication system without infrastructure for example: earthquakeafflicted zones and hefty wild events spot [2]. Whichever two nodes surrounded by the signal scope of the erstwhile side communicate directly; or else they can communicate all the way through other nodes.…”

“…(1). The total number of hops to forward the request message from source node to destination node is named as path length PL .The other nodes in the network send the feedback for the request message in the form of reply RREP represented in Eq (2),. which indicates that the request effectively reached the final node.…”
