Deciphering the U.S. metropolitan house price dynamics

Abstract: In this article, we propose a novel estimator that builds on recent advances in heterogenous estimators to introduce the concepts of cross‐sectional heterogeneity and cross‐sectional dependency in the machine learning (ML) literature.
