Deciding if Home Care Is Right for Me

Abstract: As the location of health care delivery continues to shift from inpatient settings into the community understanding the experience of the home care workforce is important. Challenges related to recruitment and retention of nurses in home care has resulted in agencies hiring new graduate nurses.
