In today's digital age, everything is digitalized, including academic certificates like the SSLC, Diploma that are given to students in educational institutions. It is challenging for the students to hold onto their degree / diplomas. Verification, validation of credentials are time consuming and difficult for organizations and institution. This paper will contribute to the secure storage as well as validation of the certificate in blockchain system. The paper certificates are first transformed into digital ones. The hash code value for the certificate is created using the SHA256 algorithm. The certifications are then kept on the blockchain. Desktop application used is to validate these certificates. This can offer a more secure and effective digital certificate validation by utilizing blockchain technology.

All certificates, including those for secondary school graduation, high school diplomas, and college degrees, have been converted to digital form and made accessible to students at higher education institutions. It's essential for learners to keep track of their diplomas. It is a complex and time-consuming process for the institution or organization to verify or authenticate a certificate's validity. This application would aid in the safekeeping of the certificates on the block chain. Digital certificates are created by first digitising the original paper certificates. The certificate's hash code value is generated using the chaotic technique. It is then added to the block chain. The mobile application is used to verify these certifications. We can make digital certificate verification more reliable and safe by implementing block chains.

Blockchain adalah sistem pencatatan informasi serta tidak dapat untuk mengubah, meretas, atau menipu. Seiring dengan perkembangan tentang teknologi baru, peneliti mengharapkan teknologi blockchain memiliki dampak yang sama pada dunia pendidikan khususnya di Perguruan Tinggi di Indonesia. Diharapkan dari hasil penelitian ini, adanya suatu model sistem verifikasi ijazah berbasis teknologi blockchain. Dari permasalahan di atas, maka diperlukan membuat suatu prototipe yang dapat melihat atau mendeteksi keaslian suatu dokumen khususnya ijazah pada perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. yaitu dengan menerapkan teknologi blockchain sebagai inovasi terbaru bagi masa depan Sistem Verifikasi Dokumen Ijazah Digital di Indonesia dan Dunia. Tujuan khusus penelitian antara lain untuk; 1) Merancang piranti berbasis visi komputer untuk menentukan identifikasi keaslian dokumen Ijazah, 2) Mengembangkan prototipe dan menguji fungsional pemrograman untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian dengan kondisi lapangan, 3) Menerapkan teknologi blockchain dan sejenis untuk identifikasi Ijazah agar dapat mempercepat identifikasian ijazah. Alur penelitian dimulai menginput citra utama ijazah STMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh, kemudian diuraikan dalam format BlokChain sebanyak lima rantai, dimana setiap rantai diuji menggunakan metode Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) dan nilai tertinggi merupakan citra yang identik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa menggunakan format Block Chain dan metode PSNR adalah ditemukan citra yang identik.
