Cloud computing has boomed its horizon with large pace as commercial infrastructure in the IT industries meeting the vast requirements of computing resources. There are several issues such as load balancing, virtual machine migration, automated service provisioning, algorithm complexity, etc., demanding to be resolved. Each of these issues needs load balancing to be resolved. This aims for distributing the unwanted dynamic workload between the nodes residing in cloud and this desires of every computing resource must be assigned on proficient and reasonable ground.Load balancing has become crucial for efficient performance in distributed environments. Cloud computing is an emerging technology demanding more services and better results. Thus load balancing for the cloud is very interesting and important research area. Many algorithms are proposed to provide efficient techniques for assigning the client's requests to available cloud nodes.This paper studies cloud computing along with research challenges in load balancing. Load balancing has been a major issue for cloud computing environment. Efficient load balancing scheme ensures efficient resource utilization by providing the resources to cloud on-demand of users' basis. By implementing appropriate scheduling criteria load balancing may prioritize users. The aim of this study is to peep in various load balancing algorithms to address its challenges in variety of cloud environment. This study provides a perspective view of the latest approaches in load balancing that will certainly help the future researchers in this field

Cloud computing is the most recent technology in today's world of computing and it overcomes deficiencies of traditional ways of computing. Cloud computing is a new way of providing the essential services to cloud users on "Pay As You Go" basis. Cloud computing provides different features like on demand access, flexibility, instant response, pay per use etc. to customers. In order to provide all these features to cloud users, cloud computing systems must be structured and managed efficiently to provide the Quality of Services (QOS) to users. Various technological concepts such as abstraction and virtualization are used that hides the implementation details from an average cloud user. Cloud load balancing plays a very important role in providing all the cloud features to users which is the main topic of interest in our research. Different archictures apply altogether different load balancing algorithms. This paper includes the Study of different approaches of effective management of cloud systems. The study includes load balancing approaches in different system architectures like Centralized, Distributed and Cluster based architecture. Finally various algorithms have been compared based on the different parameters like response time, efficiency and throughput etc.

In Last one decade researchers are focus on cloud computing presenting many novel approach for improving storage spaces in digital world. In this paper, we introduce architecture and algorithms that can be implemented to facilitate well-equipped infrastructure within cloud environment for load balancing and resource allocation. This architecture is specially developed for virtual storage drive over cloud. This architecture supports a number of end users, which are authenticating to send requests to the server. This request may demand some resources for its processing, thus, here comes the concept of resource allocation where it is required to allocate and schedule the available resources to process the request of the client. A numerous algorithms have been introduced here for easy configuration for the proposed architecture. The conclusion of this research paper is to provide such a cloud framework which can be implemented for efficient resource allocation and load balancing for multiple clouds.
