Dealing with Unexpected Crises: Organizational Resilience and Its Discontents

Abstract: The chapter summarizes key literature, including emerging ideas, that is pertinent to the question of how organizations and their leadership deal with and are resilient through criseshighlighting what works in surviving unexpected crises.
