Abstract: De novo unified robust antidiabetic pharmacophores based on hybrid material were rationally designed, generated, and characterized by spectroscopic evidences and DFT (B3LYP method). These hybrid pharmacophores demonstrated robust antidiabetic activity. Semicarbazones were used for the generation of these hybrid pharmacophores.
