The task of predicting solar irradiance is critical in the development of renewable energy sources. This research is aimed at predicting the photovoltaic plant’s irradiance or power and serving as a standard for grid stability. In practical situations, missing data can drastically diminish prediction precision. Meanwhile, it is tough to pick an appropriate imputation approach before modeling because of not knowing the distribution of datasets. Furthermore, not all datasets benefit equally from using the same imputation technique. This research suggests utilizing a recurrent neural network (RNN) equipped with an adaptive neural imputation module (ANIM) to estimate direct solar irradiance when some data is missing. Without imputed information, the typical projects’ imminent 4-hour irradiance depends on gaps in antique climatic and irradiation records. The projected model is evaluated on the widely available information by simulating missing data in each input series. The performance model is assessed alternative imputation techniques under a range of missing rates and input parameters. The outcomes prove that the suggested methods perform better than competing strategies when measured by various criteria. Moreover, combine the methodology with the attentive mechanism and invent that it excels in low-light conditions.

Veri madenciliğinin gelişen teknolojiler sayesinde, son zamanlarda birçok çalışma alanına uygulanabildiği bilinmektedir. Ayrıca, veri madenciliğinin görünür ışık haberleşme sistemlerindeki (Visible Light Communication, VLC) birçok problemi çözebileceği de düşünülmektedir. VLC sistemlerde her modülasyon tekniği için farklı alıcı ve verici birimler oluşturulmaktadır. Burada, önerilen sistemler kısaltılmış darbe konum modülasyonu (Shortened Pulse Position Modulation, SPPM) için tasarlanmıştır. Bu nedenle, SPPM tekniği için detaylı teorik altyapı oluşturulmuştur. Bu çalışmada, senkron modülasyon tekniklerine uygulanabilen K-En Yakın Komşu (K-Nearest Neighbor, KNN) Algoritması ve Karar Ağaçları tabanlı demodülatörler önerilmiştir. Sonrasında, M-SPPM sinyaller için genelleştirilmiş bir entropi ifadesi elde edilmiştir. Bu ifade bütün senkron modülasyon teknikleri için elde edilebilmektedir. Ayrıca, Manhattan ve Minkowski mesafelerine göre, sinyalleri çözebilen demodülatörler ve diğer demodülatörler doğruluk ve bit hata oranı açısından karşılaştırılmıştır. Nümerik sonuçlardan, önerilen KNN ve Karar Ağaçları tabanlı demodülatörlerin senkron modülasyon teknikleri için geleneksel sistemler olarak kullanılabileceği görülmektedir. Ayrıca, entropi ifadesi yardımıyla bulunan slotların bilgi kazançlarına göre karar ağaçları tabanlı demodülatörlerin oluşturulması gerekmektedir. Bu nedenle, bilgi kazancı daha yüksek olan slot ana düğüm olarak belirlenmelidir. Ayrıca, önerilen KNN tabanlı ve en uygun şekilde tasarlanmış olan karar ağaçları tabanlı demodülatörlerin bit hata oranı performanslarının ve doğruluk oranlarının tamamen aynı olduğu görülmektedir. SNR=10 dB için, 4-SPPM sinyallerde KNN (Demodülatör-1) ve Karar Ağaçları (Demodülatör-3) tabanlı demodülatörlerin doğruluklarının %99,78 olduğu görülmektedir. Burada, 8-SPPM sinyaller için KNN (Demodülatör-2) ve Karar Ağaçları (Demodülatör-5) tabanlı demodülatörlerinin doğrulukları %99,07’dir.

The matched filter is an optimal linear filter for maximizing signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) in the presence of additive random noise. Learning-based matched filter is the proposed work. The proposed model supports (i) maximizing the SNR and (ii) setting the threshold, it is also called an intelligent matched dual tire filter. This improves the SNR by about 20 dB and the corresponding data rate to over 400 MBit/s. The bit error rate for 20 dB is very lower than FEC (10 −3 ) of up to 10 −7 . The accuracy of the proposed matched learning filter is proved to be above 95%. Indoor visible light communication is one of the applications, and it can also be used for image processing and outdoor communication such as satellite and radar communication. It is obvious for communication as it avoids signal degradation, lobing, and overfitting to achieve a better data rate. This requires funding support and infrastructure facility that can be used to deploy the proposed algorithm in the real-time scenario in the future.
