De la victoria de un candidato independiente a los desafíos en la eficacia del desempeño gubernamental: el caso de Nuevo León, México.

Abstract: Se analiza la victoria de un candidato independiente que ganó un gobierno subnacional excluyendo al sistema tradicional de partidos políticos.
