Abstract: BACKGROUND The intent of this investigation is to validate a novel, high-affinity epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell product for adoptive immunotherapy of EGFR-expressing malignancies of the central nervous system (CNS).
