Data Storage Based Heart and Body Temperature Measurement Device

Abstract: Body health is the most important thing for human life. The heart is one of the organs of the body that is very important for humans. The heart functions to regulate the circulation of oxygen-rich blood and to carry leftover food in the body. Heart rate illustrates how hard the heart works. The heart rate needs to be monitored to find out the patient's condition. BPM measurement and temperature is an activity of measuring heart rate and body temperature. The patient's body temperature affects the patient's rap… Show more

“…The test is carried out in an Electrical Laboratory with the guidance of a Supervising Lecturer. In this test the output signal from the microcontroller [32]- [34] is observed based on the input provided and also the output of the agitator motor driver and heater driver. The output pulses are formed by Port 0.1 Microcontroller, where this port is connected to the DC motor driver.…”

“…[ 85 , 118 , 119 , 120 , 121 , 122 ] The normal range of body temperature for an adult is between 36.5 and 37.5 °C; lower or higher temperatures indicate hypothermia and hyperthermia, respectively. [ 14 ] Body temperature can be influenced by severe ambient temperature or personal physical activity. Also, it is related to the number of heartbeats.…”

“…[12] This is particularly useful for people in quarantine, self-isolation, and outside hospital settings.Vital signs such as respiratory rate, body temperature, and blood oxygen level are currently monitored by health care providers for ascertaining the health status. [13,14] Various methods are used for measuring these parameters in clinical practices. While manual counting the breath per minute is one of the most commonly used methods for measuring respiratory rate, techniques such as electrical chest impedance, pneumotachograph are also popularly applied.…”

“…Consequently, its treatment becomes quite challenging for the medical staff [15]. Healthcare workers are highly exposed to this infection because they interact daily with COVID-19 patients to measure vital body signs, such as body temperature, blood oxygen level, heart rate, and respiratory rate, to monitor patient health status [16], [17], [18]. This problem has increased the importance of remote health monitoring (RHM), which collects and transmits patient health information to a remote server for medical examination [19], [20].…”
