In today’s digital world healthcare is one core area of the medical domain. A healthcare system is required to analyze a large amount of patient data which helps to derive insights and assist the prediction of diseases. This system should be intelligent in order to predict a health condition by analyzing a patient’s lifestyle, physical health records and social activities. The health recommender system (HRS) is becoming an important platform for healthcare services. In this context, health intelligent systems have become indispensable tools in decision making processes in the healthcare sector. Their main objective is to ensure the availability of the valuable information at the right time by ensuring information quality, trustworthiness, authentication and privacy concerns. As people use social networks to understand their health condition, so the health recommender system is very important to derive outcomes such as recommending diagnoses, health insurance, clinical pathway-based treatment methods and alternative medicines based on the patient’s health profile. Recent research which targets the utilization of large volumes of medical data while combining multimodal data from disparate sources is discussed which reduces the workload and cost in health care. In the healthcare sector, big data analytics using recommender systems have an important role in terms of decision-making processes with respect to a patient’s health. This paper gives a proposed intelligent HRS using Restricted Boltzmann Machine (RBM)-Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) deep learning method, which provides an insight into how big data analytics can be used for the implementation of an effective health recommender engine, and illustrates an opportunity for the health care industry to transition from a traditional scenario to a more personalized paradigm in a tele-health environment. By considering Root Square Mean Error (RSME) and Mean Absolute Error (MAE) values, the proposed deep learning method (RBM-CNN) presents fewer errors compared to other approaches.

<p>India is moving towards a developed country and thus knowledge cultivation is very much required and in this context introducing new age programs and degrees are essential. This is required for the creation of next generation skills and knowledge as per industrial and organizational demands including Government etc. Data Science is about managing the large amount and complex data, moreover, it is also known as Big Data Technologies. Due to the wider requirement in different universities and organizations, many international universities have started academic programs on Data Sciences and Big Data. However, a large number of institutes are located in India but only a few offer programs on Data Science and Allied Technologies. Importantly most these are listed in Engineering Colleges and few Private Universities. Universities in this regard adopted both full-fledged degrees and specialization methods to offer the Data Sciences and Allied Technologies. This paper is theoretical and contextual in nature, but also purely interdisciplinary in nature combines with education, information technology, and managerial science to learn about the status and future of qualified and skilled manpower. However, the paper is specially focused on private universities only with a brief overview of the technologies in international universities. </p>

<p class="lego-element">Business in today’s age changing rapidly, there are many reasons for this kind of transition of business houses and corporate bodies. Moreover, people in today’s age are using more online and digital means for the business and thus overall business systems are emphasize digital sources of revenue as well as digital channels. The concept of creation and dependencies of tools and technologies for financial economics systems is called Digital Economy and the growth of this leads to the development and familiarity with digital products and services among the service seekers and these ultimately are resulted in newer and competitive advantages in the digital space and system. Digital technology and its nature is also changing and has also challenged the existing business models. Here the key driving forces are included the capacity of innovation as well as the public availability of IT in different way. Digital business today is not a concept but it is about that stage of IT and Computing applications in different models viz. in marketing, ICT, social, business houses, healthcare, education and so on. Importantly these models may be seen as the convergence of technologies/ fully connected/integrated stage. In today’s age business is not only seen with computing and digital means but the traditional business systems also getting benefits from the ICT and here among the emerging names, few important include cloud computing, the Internet of Things, mobile and Big Data. It is important to note that this paper emphasizes the recent applications and role of Cloud Computing and Big Data in Business with a case of India. Moreover different financial aspects have also been described and analysed.</p>
