The coaxial software configurable optical test system (SCOTS) is an aspheric and freeform surface metrology method with high accuracy. The positioning accuracy of the test surface and screen seriously affects the measurement accuracy. In this paper, a novel method, PDCMC (positioning with differential computation, calibration board assisted, 3D measurement and component displacement), is proposed for the precise positioning in the coaxial SCOTS. In the proposed method, a flat crystal is used as the initial test mirror. In the initial system, the positioning of the screen is carried out using the differential computation method. Then, the positioning of a calibration board is carried out based on the feature points on the calibration board. The relative position and attitude among the flat crystal, the calibration board and the actual test surface are provided by a 3D coordinate measuring machine. Finally, through coordinate transformation and data processing, the precise positioning of the test surface and screen can be completed in the actual coaxial SCOTS. The proposed method is highly versatile and suitable for almost all kinds of test surfaces. Simulation and experiments demonstrate the feasibility and accuracy of the proposed method. Compared with the existing universal positioning method, the proposed method has the advantages of fewer required components and higher precision.

Fermented dairy products have been recognized as the best carriers for the administration of probiotics. Because one of the potential probiotic strains, Lactobacillus plantarum, has poor proteolytic ability and weak acidifying capacity in milk fermentation, the aim of this study was to preliminarily investigate the stimulation effect of plant-based meals on L. plantarum CCFM8661 growth in milk, and subsequently develop a yogurt or yogurt drinks containing probiotic strain L. plantarum CCFM8661. Milk supplemented with different concentrations (5 to 10%, wt/wt) of oat extract and malt extract, inoculated with 2.5 × 10 7 cfu/mL of L. plantarum CCFM8661, and then incubated at 35°C. The pH value, titration acidity, and viable cell counts during 48-h fermentation at 35°C and 25-d storage at 4°C, were determined at different intervals. The results showed that the promotion effects of oat extract and malt extract on L. plantarum CCFM8661 growth rate in milk were much stronger than almond, walnut, sweet corn, peanut, and soybean meals. In addition, the stimulation effect of oat extract was associated with its concentration, and was much stronger than that of malt extract. Furthermore, viable counts and titration acidity of yogurt were gradually increased in the oat extract group, whereas viable counts were gradually decreased and titration acidity were slightly increased in the malt extract group during the 25-d storage at 4°C.

This research focuses on the equivalent relationship between cold central plant recycling mixture and hot mix asphalt. In this paper, the pavement surface condition index (PCI) was calculated by the road surface conditions investigating, which was used as the evaluation standard. The unreasonable data were removed by SPSS software. The existing decay equation of pavement performance was simplified by MATLAB, and optimized by the Marquardt and global optimization methods. The survey data were fitted nonlinearly by 1stOpt software. Ultimately, the multivariate nonlinear regression optimization equation of the equivalent thickness coefficient was established. The results show that the cold central plant recycling with the emulsified asphalt (CREA) pavement equivalent thickness coefficient is 0.587. The cold central plant recycling with the foamed asphalt (CRFA) pavement equivalent thickness coefficient is 0.632. In addition, the performance of 10 cm cold central plant recycling pavement is equivalent to 6 cm the traditional hot mix asphalt pavement. The dispersion of the CREA is greater than that of the CRFA significantly.
