Abstract: <div>Abstract<p>Recurrent hotspot (p.Gly17Val) mutations in <i>RHOA</i> encoding a small GTPase, together with loss-of-function mutations in <i>TET2</i> encoding an epigenetic regulator, are genetic hallmarks of angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL).
