Data from Bortezomib is ineffective in an orthotopic mouse model of pancreatic adenocarcinoma

Abstract: <div>Abstract<p>The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the potency of the proteasome inhibitor bortezomib ± gemcitabine <i>in vitro</i> and <i>in vivo</i> in pancreatic carcinoma.
