Data-Driven Niching Differential Evolution with Adaptive Parameters Control for History Matching and Uncertainty Quantification

Abstract: Summary History matching is a typical inverse problem that adjusts the uncertainty parameters of the reservoir numerical model with limited dynamic response data. In most situations, various parameter combinations can result in the same data fit, termed as nonuniqueness of inversion. It is desirable to find as many global or local optima as possible in a single optimization run, which may help to reveal the distribution of the uncertainty parameters in the posterior space, which is particularly … Show more

“…Related scholars put forward the idea of public key cryptosystem, which uses mathematical functions as basic tools instead of substitution and replacement [25][26][27]. e basic feature of the public key cryptographic algorithm is that the public key and the private key are used asymmetrically in the encryption process and the decryption process.…”

“…Real ant colony algorithm is a new population heuristic algorithm, which solves some difficult problems by simulating the process of searching for food in the shortest path of ant colony from the nest to the food source in nature [20][21][22][23][24]. It has positive feedback, parallel computation, and strong robustness.…”

“…e evolutionary game theory is used to study the evolutionary stable strategy of tacit knowledge sharing between organizations [19]. Although these literature studies are based on bounded rationality, in general, they only considered the internal factors such as knowledge sources, knowledge characteristics, technical means, networks, and how external incentive policies affect the choice of network tacit knowledge sharing behaviors but they lack discussion [20][21][22][23].…”
