Das spermatozytäre Seminom

Abstract: The spermatocytic seminoma is a distinct testicular neoplasm with a low tendency to metastasize. Two own cases with the diagnosis of a spermatocytic seminoma are presented. A third patient is described, where the initial diagnosis of a spermatocytic seminoma was retrospectively changed to classical seminoma after developing retroperitoneal relapse during surveillance.
