Abstract:ZUSAMMENFASSUNGJerusalem ist Sehnsuchtsort dreier Weltreligionen. Nirgendwo sonst kommt es so häufig zu psychotischen Erkrankungen mit religiösen Inhalten, man spricht vom Jerusalem-Syndrom. Die Ätiologie und der Verlauf sind heterogen. Vom Jerusalem-Syndrom in seiner reinen Form sind Touristen ohne psychiatrische Vorerkrankungen betroffen.
