Abstract: ZusammenfassungDas Ampullenkarzinom stellt eine seltene, jedoch in seiner Inzidenz steigende Entität gastrointestinaler Tumoren dar. Aufgrund der anatomischen Lokalisation führt es vergleichsweise früh im Erkrankungsprozess zu einer biliären Gangobstruktion, wodurch eine schnellere Diagnosestellung erleichtert und eine bessere Prognose bedingt werden.
