Abstract


 CADTH reimbursement reviews are comprehensive assessments of the clinical effectiveness and cost-effectiveness, as well as patient and clinician perspectives, of a drug or drug class.

 This review assesses darolutamide (Nubeqa), 300 mg, tablet, for oral use.
 Indication: The treatment of patients with metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer (mCSPC) in combination with docetaxel.
