Abstract: In den letzten Jahrzehnten ist die Entwicklungspipeline neuer Antibiotika gegen Gram‐negative Bakterien nahezu zum Erliegen gekommen, da die meisten entdeckten Kandidaten Defizite im Bereich der Wirksamkeit, ihrer pharmakokinetischen Eigenschaften oder eine zu hohe Toxizität aufwiesen.
