Abstract: Introduction and Importance: Dandy walker variant is an intracranial disorder involving variable hypoplasia of cerebellar vermis without posterior fossa enlargement. An anomaly scan performed at mid second trimester has good sensitivity and specificity for detecting fetal congenital anomalies.
