Information technology in the last few years has experienced fairly rapid development. During this period, a a platform that allows people around the world to connect with each other called social media. Today, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram are social media that is experiencing the fastest development. The three social media has begun to be widely used to promote a product and be used as a one of the marketing strategies by several business people. The purpose of this journal is to: to explore the use of social media especially Facebook, Twitter and Instagram in online business marketing strategy. Research is expected to be input for business people who want to use social media as one of the media promotion of services and products. Penelitian ini berlokasi pada kantor BPN Aceh Barat yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan karir serta kepuasan kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu wawancara dan observasi, selain dari itu peneliti juga mencari data dari berbagai sumber seperti searching google terkait Analisis Pengembangan Karir serta Kepuasan Kinerja Karyawan dan juga membaca jurnal/artikel online, pencarian tersebut peneliti gunakan untuk tambahan data penelitian. Perencanaan pengembangan karir karyawan BPN Aceh Barat dilaksanakan menurut aturan pemimpin pusat BPN Indonesia Nomor 1 Tahun 2013 menyangkut Pola Karir Karyawan yang berada pada Lingkungan BPN RI. Pada kantor BPN Aceh Barat pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kinerja karyawan sudah optimal. Bisa kita ketahui dari hasil beberapa sasaran kerja pegawai (SKP) bahwa hasil penilaian kinerja pegawai dari tahun 2019 sampai dengan 2020 sudah meningkat, itu berarti pengembangan karir sangat berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan dan peningkatan kinerja karyawan.
