Dampak Penilaian Kinerja dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Perbankan

Abstract: Masalah kepuasan kerja akan memberi dampak negatif bagi perusahaan karena dapat memicu terjadinya penurunan kinerja dan tingginya turnover. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan karir dan dampaknya terhadap kepuasan kerja.
