Abstract:Severe damage to the right rectus abdominus muscle associated with a uterine broad right ligament hematoma is rare complications of an accident during pregnancy. We report the case of a 31 years old primiparous pregnant woman, who had been victim of a road accident at 28 weeks of pregnancy, when as a pediatrian she was hit by a car.
