Cytoreduction and HIPEC after neoadjuvant chemotherapy in stage IIIC–IV ovarian cancer. Critical analysis in elderly patients

“…One study examined the effects of interval debulking after neoadjuvant chemotherapy and hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) in the elderly with advanced ovarian cancer as an alternative to initial complex surgery.
