Abstract: Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) is a rare, autoimmune, antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated vasculitis of uncertain etiology. The incidence of autoimmune complications following stem cell transplant is around 2-5%, with autoimmune cytopenia reported most frequently.
