Cytopathology of Inflammatory Lesions of the Pancreatobiliary Tree

Abstract: Context.— A variety of inflammatory processes affect the pancreatobiliary tree. Some form mass lesions in the pancreas, mimicking pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, and others cause strictures in the bile ducts, mimicking cholangiocarcinoma.
