Cytomegalovirus Enterocolitis in a Term Neonate

Abstract: Background Cytomegalovirus (CMV) enterocolitis is rare in term neonates. Case characteristics A term newborn with persistent pneumonia from birth developed enterocolitis on day 18 of life.
