Cytogenetic, Genomic, and Functional Characterization of Pituitary Gonadotrope Cell Lines

Abstract: L β T2 and α T3-1 are important, widely studied cell line models for the pituitary gonadotropes that were generated by targeted tumorigenesis in transgenic mice.
