Abstract: Pancreatic cystic lesions (PCLs) include a broad spectrum of entities, which greatly differ in their malignant potential and may provide a diagnostic challenge. PCLs can be categorised into: pseudocysts; common cystic neoplasms; uncommon cystic neoplasms and tumours with cystic degeneration.
