Abstract: Abnormal granulosa cell (GC) death contributes to cyclophosphamide (CTX) induced primary ovarian insufficiency (POI). To investigate the contribution of GCs to POI, gene profiles of GCs exposed to CTX were assessed using RNA-Seq and bioinformatics analysis.
