Abstract: Public access to the legislative process is one of the principles governing Parliamentary law. This process primarily entails public debates, the public nature of motions and submissions, public voting, the public adoption of resolutions, and the public availability of documents constituting the basis for the work of the Sejm -the Lower House of Parliament.
