Cyber-Security Constrained Placement of FACTS Devices in Power Networks From a Novel Topological Perspective

Abstract: Optimal placement of flexible AC transmission systems (FACTS) devices and the cybersecurity of associated data exchange are crucial for the controllability of wide area power networks.
