This research paper responds to this imperative by introducing a pioneering privacy-preserving model, specifically tailored for Work-from-Home (WFH) environments, leveraging the capabilities of Multi-Key Asymmetric Cryptography. The model's innovation lies in its strategic synthesis of the efficiency inherent in symmetric encryption with an unwavering emphasis on the preservation of privacy. This nuanced approach positions the model as a robust solution to the dynamic and evolving cybersecurity threats faced by remote workers, offering a comprehensive defence mechanism against potential breaches and unauthorised access to sensitive data. The paper conducts a comprehensive analysis, delving into the foundational principles, distinct advantages, implementation considerations, and real-world benefits of the proposed privacy-preserving model. The examination of foundational principles elucidates the theoretical underpinnings, establishing a clear conceptual understanding of the model's architecture and functionality. The exploration of advantages underscores how the model not only addresses existing concerns but also provides additional layers of protection and adaptability to future cybersecurity challenges. The implementation considerations delve into practical aspects, discussing the feasibility and potential challenges of seamlessly integrating the privacy-preserving model into existing WFH infrastructures. Extending the analysis to real-world benefits, the research paper highlights the possible tangible impact and value the proposed model brings to organisations and remote workers. In the ever-evolving cyberspace landscape, organisations face persistent threats that continuously mutate and adapt. To effectively defend against these dynamic cyber threats, a fundamental shift in cybersecurity culture is imperative. This paper presents a novel Adaptive Cybersecurity Culture Model (ACCM) that encapsulates the principles of "Learn, Unlearn, and Relearn" as a strategic stance to foster resilience and adaptability in the face of evolving cyber threats. The ACCM emphasizes the importance of continuous learning as the cornerstone of cybersecurity culture. It advocates the adoption of a growth mindset within organisations, encouraging employees to stay updated with emerging threats, technologies, and best practices. However, the model goes beyond mere learning; it underscores the significance of unlearning outdated practices and misconceptions that may hinder effective cybersecurity. Furthermore, the ACC model introduces the concept of "Relearn," emphasizing the need to rapidly adapt and evolve strategies and tactics in response to ever-changing cyber threats. It promotes a culture of agility and adaptability, enabling organisations to respond effectively to both known and unforeseen cyber challenges. The model presented in this paper draws from case studies of various industries to illustrate the successful adoption and transformation of cybersecurity culture using the Learn, Unlearn, and Relearn principles. The ACCM represents a paradigm shift in cybersecurity culture, acknowledging that the ability to adapt is as critical as the ability to protect. By fostering a culture of continuous learning, unlearning, and relearning, organisations can proactively enhance their cyber resilience and effectively defend against the ever-evolving cyber threat landscape. This paper provides a roadmap for organisations to embark on this transformative journey toward a more adaptive and resilient cybersecurity culture.

In an increasingly interconnected digital landscape, cybersecurity has emerged as a paramount concern for South African tourism and hospitality businesses, especially those mostly serving international travellers who depend on online services for bookings and payments. This abstract introduces a comprehensive research study that centres on developing a collaborative cybersecurity model. The primary objective of this model is to facilitate the exchange of best practices among South African tourism establishments, thereby fortifying their collective defences against evolving cyber threats. This research study is based on a systematic literature review that encompasses a diverse array of tourism and hospitality businesses, including hotels, travel agencies, and tour operators. The study delves into existing collaborative initiatives, explores the perceived advantages of information sharing, and examines the challenges that may hinder the effective implementation of collaborative cybersecurity practices. The literature highlighted numerous cybersecurity risks associated with these types of businesses but also revealed a common shortage of dedicated cybersecurity resources and expertise. Collaborative models are regarded as a promising avenue to address these deficits. Businesses actively participating in collaborative networks report tangible benefits, including improved threat intelligence, cost-effective cybersecurity solutions, and enhanced capabilities for incident response. The outcomes of this research endeavour aspire to offer practical insights and actionable recommendations for South African tourism and hospitality businesses, policymakers, and industry associations seeking to cultivate a culture of cybersecurity collaboration. Ultimately, the collaborative model advocated herein contributes to the creation of a more secure online environment for local and international tourists visiting South Africa. This, in turn, safeguards the reputation and long-term sustainability of the tourism and hospitality sector in the country.
